The patient here sustained twisting knee injury 6 weeks back and conservative treatment was given ELSEWHERE. Obviously he didn't respond as the pain and instability kept progressing.
Here is another interesting case in which the patient sustained knee injury in a RTA and had both tibial plateau fracture. Xray looked communitted and CT scan revealed the real picture.
